Project Return works to reduce recidivism and increase employment for those in Nashville and Chattanooga Tennessee. We provide people returning from prison immediate paid employment, skills training, and ongoing career support. To offer work experience, Project Return operates transitional work crews that provide property services and a transitional staffing agency.
Project Return guarantees every participant who completes a three day job readiness course access to full time employment through our social enterprises.
In addition to work and weekly pay, Project Return provides a robust set of wraparound vocational support services including job coaching, employment outfitting, identification documents, financial coaching, and medical/dental appointments. Once participants find full-time positions, Project Return continues working with them for a year to ensure they have the support they need to grow in their careers.
